The Basics: Guided Foundational Meditation
This is a guided instructional video for beginning meditators to help learn focus and basic awareness - both of their internal thoughts and their environment. It is also a wonderful return-to-basics for experienced meditators. It is spoken at a normal, quick pace to keep it short and to present information. Ideally, you will take these foundational practices into future meditations.
